Tabula Rasa HealthCare, parent company of CareVention HealthCare, recently made several changes to the CareVention leadership team with the goal of providing improved support to better meet client expectations.
Sarah Haines has been named Vice President , PACE Market Lead. Sarah will be committed to understanding the emerging needs of PACE organizations, advocating for continued advances in PACE-focused products and services and continuing to drive PACE sales, account management, and the CareKinesis Client Success team.
To support the PACE Market Team, Carrie Anne Palandrani was recently promoted to a new role as Director of Account Management for the PACE market reporting to Sarah. In this role, Carrie Anne will work to further enhance our account management process and approach.
In addition, Megan Wellman Blanton was promoted to Client Success Manager for CareKinesis reporting to Sarah. Megan has been with CareKinesis for 10 years and will lead CareKinesis client success and implementation, helping to drive collaborative process improvement and standardized training and support.
Andrea Slowiak was promoted to Vice President, Client Success – Value Based Care Solutions, leading the client success and implementation teams for our TPA and PBM offerings and working to optimize our client’s journey from implementation to operational success.
