Meet our leaders

Brian Adams serves as President and interim CEO of TRHC.

Brian Adams serves as President and CEO of TRHC. Previously, he was President overseeing strategy, sales and account management, professional affairs, IT and software engineering, legal, human resources and finance. Formerly TRHC’s CFO, Adams guided TRHC through successful public and private debt and equity financing efforts and designed and implemented a plan to achieve profitability.

Celynda Tadlock, PharmD, MBA, TRHC’s president for value-based care solutions, is accountable for creating a persistent, company-wide client focus to drive client and company success. She designs pharmacy benefit solutions, incorporating scientifically-based technology to identify and mitigate risk from medication-related challenges, delivering a superior member experience, improved clinical outcomes and cost savings.

Michael Greenhalgh RPh, MBA, is TRHC’s chief operating officer and president, pharmacy services. A founding team member of TRHC, he is the chief architect and designer of the company’s pharmacy operations. Mr. Greenhalgh was first in the U.S. to deploy a robotic, multi-dose, adherence-packaging dispensing system. His current responsibilities include oversight of all operations, care management, inventory, purchasing, and capital planning across the network of Company pharmacies.

Michael S. Awadalla, PharmD, BCGP, CMWA, is a licensed pharmacist with extensive clinical and managerial experience.

Michael S. Awadalla, PharmD, BCGP, CMWA, is a licensed pharmacist with extensive clinical and managerial experience. His role as executive vice president of the Office of Applied Pharmacotherapy is focused on the clinical application of the company’s medication decision support tools, including MedWise Safety ReviewsTM for TRHC.

Richard Campagna is senior vice president, third party administration solutions. A seasoned healthcare executive with expertise in government programs, he is responsible for the overall business optimization of PeakTPA including operational oversight, financial performance, and strategic direction.

Scott Blumenthal, RPh, is the senior vice president of Pharmacy Operations for TRHC.

Scott Blumenthal, RPh, is the senior vice president of Pharmacy Operations for TRHC. His responsibilities include medication adherence packaging, inventory and purchasing, automation, and shipping for TRHC’s four pharmacy labs.

Beth Eichfeld brings more than 35 years’ experience in serving frail older adults, including 13 years of PACE start-up, operations, and advocacy to her role as senior vice president, enterprise program management. With an extensive background in developing PACE as well as assisted living programs and dementia-dedicated services, Beth leads CareVention’s Risk Adjustment Services and Consulting (TAC) teams.

Rachel A. Gilbert, MPS, CPhT, CPHQ, oversees Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts as senior director for CVHC.

Rachel A. Gilbert, MPS, CPhT, CPHQ, oversees Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts as senior director for CVHC. She has worked in multiple departments, which provides her with a rich understanding of operations throughout the portfolio.

Sarah R. Haines, MSW, MBA, CPhT, enjoys serving PACE organizations as CVHC’s area vice president of client development and account management.

Sarah R. Haines, MSW, MBA, CPhT, enjoys serving PACE organizations as CVHC’s area vice president of client development and account management. She directs PACE client development and sales in the western region of the United States.

Steve Wosje is senior vice president for CVHC. With a long history in PACE and a deep understanding of the client experience, Steve Wosje leads the CareVention HealthCare Product Team focused on PACElogicTM and TruChart®.
