New Capstone Risk Adjustment Services Leader Named

Beth Eichfeld, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Program Management, for Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC) has been appointed to lead Capstone Risk Adjustment Services, a CareVention HealthCare solution.

Beth brings more than 35 years’ experience in serving frail older adults, including 13 years of Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) start-up, operations, and advocacy to her new role. She has an extensive background in developing PACE as well as assisted living programs, dementia-dedicated services, active mixed-use communities, and affordable senior housing with supportive services. In 2013, Beth was appointed to the State of New Jersey’s Long-Term Services and Support steering committee, serving an integral role in preserving PACE as a viable state option.

Beth joined TRHC in 2017, taking a brief hiatus from PACE to provide programmatic oversight to the Enhanced Medication Therapy Management program administered through the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. She shifted her focus back to PACE development and operations when she assumed oversight of TRHC’s CareVention Consulting in 2022 and was subsequently named to lead Risk Adjustment Services.
