PACE participants using CareKinesis can now call us directly to order refills for their as-needed medications. Participants can call the Refill Line at 1-855-655-5810 and when prompted leave a message with their name, date of birth, phone number, and the name of the medication needed.
If there are questions about or issues with the refill, a CareKinesis pharmacist will contact the PACE team. After the refill is approved, the medication will be shipped to the participant and should arrive within three business days.
The Refill Line is for as-needed medications only; cycle fills for daily medications will be processed as usual. For questions about the Refill Line, please contact your client success specialist.
