CareKinesis has expanded its dispensing footprint through two ExactCare Pharmacy locations in Ohio and Texas. Tabula Rasa HealthCare, parent company of CareKinesis, and ExactCare combined in November 2023 to create a leading, independent pharmacy care management company for patients with the most complex needs.
Medications dispensed from these locations will have a label and delivery summary with the ExactCare name and address on it. Participants and prescribers should continue to contact CareKinesis with any medication or delivery questions, not ExactCare. Our phone numbers remain the same:
