MOORESTOWN, N.J., (January 11, 2022) – CareVention HealthCare, a division of Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Inc.® (TRHC) (NASDAQ: TRHC), announced a February educational offering for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) clinicians. PACE Provider Orientation includes the training and tools necessary to succeed in a team-centered, value-based care environment. The live, online training consists of eight one-hour core sessions and is offered in February, May, and October each year. The next session starts February 1, 2022.
“Our team of experienced PACE physician-consultants created the Provider Orientation series to meet new providers’ needs for physician-led training and to offer PACE-specific tools which benefit participants and programs,” said David Wilner, MD, FACP, AGSF, Senior Medical Consultant, CareVention HealthCare.” We find that the onboarding process for doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants new to the PACE model can be inconsistent and not specific to providers’ roles. As a result, new providers often burn out and leave PACE programs.”
CareVention HealthCare’sphysician consultants are clinician-educators with expertise in risk adjustment who have served as PACE medical directors. For more information about PACE Provider Orientation, visit CareVentionHC.com call 1-866-335-3413 or email info@careventionhc.com.
