The new leadership team includes Tina Farrar, Senior Director of Operations, Allen Chrisman, Director of Compliance, and Chris Ok, Director of Provider Network Services.

Ms. Farrar is responsible for oversight of the claims, enrollment, client services, call center, and configuration functions for all PeakTPA clients. Additionally, she ensures all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and state regulations are met on a daily basis. Prior to joining PeakTPA, Ms. Farrar served as Staff Vice President, Claims, for Centene Corporation, where she directed operational processes, including claims adjudication, payment integrity and financial analytics, and oversaw a team of more than 300 associates.
Mr. Chrisman is responsible for overall compliance, auditing, encounters, and risk adjustment. He brings 14 years of health care experience and nine years in health plan compliance to the role. He previously held positions with IngenioRx as Compliance Director and Humana as Director of Grievances and Appeals.
Mr. Ok is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is responsible for overall configuration and the provider network. He has 18 years of healthcare experience, including five in configuration and provider network. Mr. Ok previously held leadership roles at Evolent Health, Emblem Health, and Horizon BCBSNJ, where his responsibilities included oversight for care management applications.
