Neighborhood Healthcare patients can now receive certain medications delivered from CareKinesis PACE Pharmacy. If you take prescription medication for a chronic or long-term condition, such as high blood pressure, asthma, and diabetes, you can sign-up with CareKinesis to have your medication delivered, as allowed by your insurance prescription benefit.
Please note that only maintenance medications can be filled by CareKinesis. All other medications, including antibiotics, should be filled through your usual pharmacy.
