Monitoring COVID-19
The CVHC COVID-19 Kit helps monitor patients for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. It is useful for patients who need to quarantine, have been discharged from the emergency department (ED) or hospital with COVID-19 symptoms, or have been seen by a provider for these symptoms. Our nurses monitor patient data and communicate with providers proactively to help wean patients off oxygen.
